Open On Most Days began with a goal of pursuing what can be achieved in coffee through curiosity, a strong connection to quality ingredients, and a child-like playfulness.

Through experimentation it eventually grew into a space to showcase my strengths in design, my understanding of a constantly changing social market, and a pure passion to create for people to enjoy.

The shop continued to earn $26,000 in sales in its first 4 months and gathered a following of 2,500 on instagram in 3 months.
